O Ali, recite the Surah "At Tarique" ("Your Night Visitant" Or
"Your Morning Star") before you go to sleep and on awakening from sleep.
The five elements will be subdued if this Surah is recited regularly.
Allahuthallah will give such a devotee as many blessings as there are stars in the sky, and will wipe off a similar number of evils.”

Ah, what will tell thee what the Morning Star is,

No human soul (cometh) but hath a guardian over it.

So let man consider from what he is created.

He is created from a gushing fluid

That issues from between the loins and ribs.
||
Lo! He verily is able to return him (unto divine life)
|
On the day when hidden thoughts shall be searched out,
||
Then will he have no might nor any helper
|
By heaven what giveth the returning rain,
|
And the earth, which splitteth
||
Lo! His is a conclusive word,
|
It is no pleasantry.
||
Lo! They plot a plot (O Muhammad)
|
And I plot a plot
||
So give a respite to the disbeliever.

Deal thou gently with them for a while.
