05. Is it a mental determination or is it something that the mind cannot do but has to come from the inside in sort of a relaxed determination”?,

“Like”:

"i'm determined to have God's qualities, but will not make any effort 'in the world' to acquire them in it as ‘the world does not exist it is just an illusion' so the effort has to be within.
||
And “That Effort Within” is just to know “That God exists".
||
And the determination is just to remind our hearts that God exists at all times.
In the world, when we are determined, we are focused on doing the right things like working out, eating right etc, if we are determined to get in shape or lose weight.

06. How does this determination manifest in “the internal side”?
07. Because it is inside, it should not require any effort of “the mind or desire or elements in the physical world', is that correct?
08, If so, how do we know we have determination on the inside?
09. And how do we increase it and how do we know we are developing God's qualities on the inside?
10. What are the signs that wisdom is developing or God's qualities are developing?
11. How do we know if we are progressing?
12. In the world, we get on a scale or take a blood test, in the spirit realm what are the measures what are the signs?
